These processes include virtual and telephonic meetings, secure document portals, and access to our attorneys and staff via email, phone, and fax. The Missouri Western District Bankruptcy Court has instituted rules for conducting all required bankruptcy hearings by telephone. We believe this combination of expertise and convenience provides our clients the best possible representation. We offer consultations by phone or private Zoom meeting.
